Small caged animals (e.g., common household birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without deposit or pet rent, limited to 2 (fish reasonable amount), with no more than three aquariums totaling 40 gallons.
